How we recycle:

100% of all of our waste is sorted by our culinary team according to biomass and recyclable types.  Absolutely none of our waste is directed towards landfills.

How we reduce:

Our cutlery and napkins are for re-use; we do not use disposable tableware.

How we reuse: 

All of our containers are designed for reuse.  We purchase only premium containers including Pyrex, Igloo and Nalgene branded products.
