When Jeff approached me about this business I understood and was well aware of the already existing need. It really solves the problems so many Americans have with weight management and eating what’s right for you and your body. I never sit at my desk for more than a couple of hours at a time. My perspective as the hands-on owner/manager of BARcelona Tapas, Bocci Bar, and Coastal Bistro is informed by more than 30 years of experience from around the world to ensure that everything is tailored to perfection. From personally selecting some of the freshest local ingredients to preparing meals myself to overseeing our highly trained team of executive chefs and sous chefs, I am determined to create food that is not only nutritionally sound but tastes great. I believe that having a great team behind me is essential to success. I talk to my people every day. Through communication and involvement from the top down, you create a culture as well as a mission. That’s key when you are in a business that so heavily relies on your front people to create an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment.
